The joints in my legs are hypermobile due to my offset pelvis (basically my entire life my pelvis has been pushed up way too far). This causes mobility issues for me and I cannot walk for long periods of time (1+ hours is too much), run (at all this causes so much pain), exercise (my joints cause my knees and hips to go out of place), squat, or lift heavy objects.
